We are pleased to announce a new Open Call for Plymouth based visual artists to exhibit their work in the historic Council House.
Please complete the downloadable application form, complete and return by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with a maximum of 3 digital images of recent work and details of title, medium, size, date; a current CV and a brief artist’s statement of 200 words maximum.
Closing date for online submissions: 12.00pm Monday 20 January 2014
Steps in the selection process:
- The selection committee will comprise of Councillors, Senior HE Arts Specialists and PCC’s Arts & Heritage staffand their decision will be final.
- The artists responsible for the successful submissions will be contacted via email no later than 28 January and invited to deliver the works to the Council House on Tuesday 4 February 2014 for display from 7 Feb to 1 April 2014.
- Unsuccessful submissions will also be notified via email.
Dates to remember:
20 Jan – 12.00pm – closing date for online submissions
28 Jan – notification of selection by email
4 Feb – delivery of selected art work to the Council House
7 Feb – 1 April – on display
3 April – collection of exhibited art work from Council House
